At Rit Dye, we want you to be fully satisfied with your creative results; if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened dye bottles or laundry treatment products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
